I have always believed that true value lies not in advice alone, but in accountability, outcomes, and impact. My journey as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary began with leading consulting firms, where I had the opportunity to work closely with large corporations and understand the complexities of business, finance, and governance.

However, along the way, I realized a critical gap—while advice was abundant, accountability was rare. Businesses often bore the risk, while consultants remained distant from outcomes. This realization became a turning point in my journey.

In 2016, I stepped into entrepreneurship with a clear vision—to reimagine consulting. Together with my colleague, I built a Forensic Investigation and Resolution-driven practice that focuses not just on identifying problems, but on solving them with responsibility and precision. As a forensic accountant and investigator, I have since worked extensively with lenders, investors, regulators, and agencies—helping them uncover insights, mitigate risks, and drive meaningful resolutions.

My professional journey has also been deeply enriched through my association with ICAI. Serving as Chairman of WIRC (2023–24) and Secretary (2021–22), and now as a Central Council Member (2025–29), I have been fortunate to contribute towards shaping policies, empowering members, and guiding the next generation of professionals.

I have always embraced technology as an enabler, not a disruptor. Being called a “tech enthusiast” is not just a label—it reflects my constant effort to challenge limitations, innovate solutions, and ensure that “impossible” is only a perspective waiting to be changed.

At my core, I am a value seeker—someone who believes in creating impact, building trust, and delivering outcomes that truly matter. Whether it is transforming businesses, mentoring professionals, or contributing to the profession at large, my purpose remains the same: to make a difference where it counts the most.
